The XRF Company Rentals - Shipping Policy
At The XRF Company Rentals, we are committed to ensuring a seamless rental experience with prompt delivery of XRF and LIBS equipment. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing & Shipping
- Order Processing: Orders placed by 5 PM (CST) on business days will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the following business day.
- Shipping Options: We offer expedited, standard, and ground shipping options to meet your needs.
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Free for all rentals over $500 within the continental USA.
- Expedited Shipping: $495 flat fee for expedited delivery within the continental USA.
- International Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us for a customized quote.
Equipment Packaging
- All rental units are thoroughly inspected, calibrated, and securely packaged in rugged containers to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days within the continental USA.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days within the continental USA.
- International delivery times are subject to customs clearance.
Tracking Your Shipment
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your equipment ships. Use the provided tracking link to monitor your delivery.
Receiving & Inspecting Equipment
- Upon delivery, please inspect the equipment immediately. If you notice any damage or missing components, contact us within 24 hours at ale@xrfcompany.com.
Return Shipping
- Prepaid Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label is included with your rental. Repackage the equipment in its original container and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- Return Deadline: Rentals must be shipped back on or before the final rental day to avoid late fees. For extensions, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date.
Additional Information
- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance for international shipments.
- Insurance: Optional insurance coverage is available to protect against loss or damage during transit.
